The Banquet Department is looking for one AM & one PM Banquet Cook.
Requirements
As a Banquet Line Cook at Turf Valley Resort, you are responsible for preparing food items for each event. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Preparing guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation standards at all times
  • Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen to ensure plates are clean and appetizing
  • Practicing safe food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
