Job description

Position: Tonkean Platform Administrator

Location: Chicago, IL Onsite

Type of Employment: 12+ Months Contract

Role Description:

  • Experience working with Tonkean Platform administration and support.
  • Understanding of workflow automation and process orchestration concepts.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and ITIL processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Tonkean applications and workflows.
  • Monitor Tonkean solutions, modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to process execution, notifications, forms, APIs, and integrations.
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Support business users during UAT, production deployments, and hypercare phases.
  • Maintain workflow documentation, knowledge articles, and SOPs.
  • Configure and enhance Tonkean modules, intake forms, approval workflows, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with business teams, SAP teams, Coupa teams, and external vendors for issue resolution.
  • Manage user access, security roles, and governance controls.
  • Perform release validation and production migration support.
