Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph required; last poly within past 7 years.
  • Level 2: BS + 14 years experience.
  • Level 3: BS + 20 years experience.
  • Solid experience with Python.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of objectoriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
Responsibilities
  • Write clean, efficient, and welldocumented code using modern software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other team members.
  • Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
  • Work to continuously improve the development process, tools, and overall software reliability.
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Determine the root cause for complex software issues and develop practical, longterm solutions.
  • Drive and influence technical decisions, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the product and engineering team.
