Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical QA/QC Lead / Manager to lead quality programs across MEP and mission-critical systems on data center and critical infrastructure construction projects in the Boise, ID area.


Pay: $225,000-$260,000/year, based on experience

Location: Boise, ID

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Lead QA/QC program execution across MEP and mission-critical systems

- Implement inspection plans, enforce quality standards, and support project quality expectations

- Manage quality documentation, audits, reporting, deficiency tracking, and punch-list resolution

- Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure system readiness for energization, testing, turnover, and closeout

- Drive defect resolution and corrective actions before client turnover milestones

- Communicate quality risks, trends, and action items clearly to project leadership and field teams


Requirements:

- QA/QC leadership experience in construction, MEP, mission-critical, data center, or critical infrastructure environments

- Experience implementing inspection plans, quality documentation, audits, and corrective-action processes

- Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning readiness, turnover milestones, and project specifications

- Ability to lead quality conversations with field teams, project leadership, trades, and commissioning groups

- Strong reporting, communication, organization, and follow-through skills

- Electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, or commissioning background preferred

- Ability to work in Boise-area project environments and complete any onboarding requirements
