Job description

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Electrical Engineer Production Hardware P2 - Cleared On-Site/ 3rd Shift MAT Ramp to join our Client's team. This position is 3rd Shift. 11pm to 8am On-Site. Responsibilities include the ability to make a quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand the resources available, compare the urgency of the issue to other failures/issues, and to take the understanding of these parts and create a path for troubleshoot and/or correction and final resolution. Then it is required to be able to communicate this plan to a cross functional team with diverse backgrounds. And lastly to continue to drive updates and status of this plan along the way. Key deliverables for this role (35 bullets) Change documentation preparation and presentation Hardware troubleshooting Own and manage an issue project to completion What does success look like for this role? Able to solve problems quickly and correctly, communicate effectively across multiple teams, take ownership to see a task to completion in a timely manner Education Required: * Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent
Years of Experience Required: * 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Required Skill Sets: * Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed signal testing and debugging of:

  • Electro-mechanical systems
