Resilience Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Tucson, Arizona, in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each case.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic strategies to aid in clients’ growth and resilience.
• Develop and execute personalized service plans that align with clients’ goals and aspirations, providing consistent feedback and support throughout their journey.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential resources, navigating complex systems to promote social justice and equitable services.
• Engage in program development and evaluation activities, contributing insights to grant reporting and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with community organizations, volunteers, and government entities to enhance holistic support services and expand our reach in the community.
• Actively participate in team meetings, training, and outreach efforts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engagement.

Our clientele includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may face various challenges, including mental health conditions, trauma, and socio-economic difficulties. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be essential in providing compassionate care, guiding clients through their individual challenges, and promoting positive outcomes that contribute to their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this role.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of social justice principles, advocacy strategies, trauma-informed care practices, and local community resources.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills are critical for building trust and rapport with clients.

• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or mental health setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and their application in diverse contexts.
• Experience in program development, evaluation, or community outreach would be advantageous.
