Call Center Representative LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in North Phoenix who is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join their high-volume call center team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some prior call center experience who is eager to develop their skills in a professional environment. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
After completing training onsite, employees enjoy a heavily hybrid work schedule, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking long-term flexibility.
Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within company systems.
  • Meet daily performance expectations while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Follow established call scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some previous call center experience is required, including both inbound and outbound calling.
  • Comfortable handling 60+ customer interactions per day.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently after training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
