The Residential Advisor monitors progress and provides developmental guidance to residents participating in residential treatment programs. This position assists residents in adapting and learning new social, emotional and intellectual behaviors as part of a medically prescribed psychosocial treatment plan. This position also manages the therapeutic milieu, to assure the safety and well-being of the residents, families, and caregivers.

  • Preferred 1 year Social Services work experience
