This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to supplement your income, build rapport with residents, and enjoy the benefit of rent discounts while continuing to make a positive impact.

What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the property by walking the grounds daily
  • Respond to noise complaints and help de-escalate situations professionally
  • Assist residents with lockouts and other non-emergency needs
  • Monitor common areas like pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities
  • Check lighting and report maintenance needs to the management team
  • Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations
  • Support overall community safety through routine patrols
  • Contact local law enforcement when appropriate, in accordance with policy
