In this unique role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to provide comprehensive, annual 25-point inspections for homeowners. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the program from the ground up while ensuring exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Residential Inspections: Conduct thorough 25-point Home Health Checks covering structural, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and interior systems.
  • Identify Repair Needs: Spot wear, deterioration, safety concerns, and potential issues before they escalate.
  • Member Engagement: Interact professionally with homeowners, explaining findings in clear language and addressing their questions to build trust and loyalty.
  • Repair Recommendations: Discuss necessary repairs, their importance, and associated costs, helping homeowners schedule work with our team in a consultative manner.
  • Professional Reporting: Produce mobile-friendly inspection reports with actionable recommendations for homeowners.
