You will play a critical role in creating scopes of work, estimating complex storm water infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are completed in a timely, safe, and profitable manner while helping create a more sustainable future for our waterways and communities. Essential Job Functions: Research and remain well versed in stormwater industry technologies, methodologies, and local, state, and national regulations Identify and secure clients and business / project opportunities both independently and in support of our business developent, sales needs, and activities Demonstrate experience in estimating, project management, validation and visualization, due diligence, report preparation, report review, interaction, and mediation of evironmental conditions, and necessary remediation plans between regulators and clients Complete market analysis and associated standards to develop and maintain benchmark pricing Prepare technical scopes and estimates of complex stormwater infrastructure rehabilitations, repairs, and remediation projects Responsible for the developent and coordination of estimates and best value cost analysis studies for the client and Company Review design documents and complete an accurate quantity take-off for assigned scopes of work Perform site visits as required by internal and external stakeholders Demonstrate client maintenance capabilities and strong understanding of project economics, contracting, and liability management Maintain existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer experienceand quality through the developent of our documents and deliverables Work within a collaborative project team that promotes and fosters excellent communication, inter-departmental interaction, and respect for all project team members Manage expenses within KPI targets or project budgets Demonstrates the mission, vision, and core values of the organization through conduct, behavior, actions, and words Maintains positive working relationships and fosters cooperative work environment.
