Westmont of Encinitas is an Assisted Living and Memory Care senior living community that offers our employees and residents friendliness, a homelike setting, and an inspiring environment.

We are looking for an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead our clinical team and support in caring for our residents in the Assisted Living department.

What we need from you:

  • LVN license in good standing 

  • Assisted Living Experience preferred.

  • Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid

  • Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.

  • Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.

  • Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.

  • Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
