Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment. The CNA will provide direct resident care and support nursing staff in delivering quality patient-centered services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide basic patient care under RN/LPN supervision
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Support mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort needs
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Ensure resident safety and dignity at all times
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 06:00 AM – 06:30 PM
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements

• Active CNA certification (state required)
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow care plans accurately
• Valid state/federal photo ID required on-site at all times
• Compliance with facility onboarding and health requirements, including applicable vaccination or exemption policies
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care
