Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable (CNA) to provide hands-on care and support residents with activities of daily living. In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting dignity, comfort, and overall well-being while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately obtain and document vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations, and report changes to licensed nursing staff
  • Assist residents with mobility, including safe transfers, ambulation, and repositioning in accordance with care plans
  • Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Respond promptly and professionally to call lights and resident requests
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with infection control and safety protocols
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Adhere to all facility policies, state and federal regulations, and infection prevention standards
Qualifications
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Wyoming, in good standing with no findings on the Nurse Aide Registry
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within a clinical environment
  • Effective critical thinking and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
