Job Description: Nightingale's List is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care in a rehab/nursing home setting, assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
  • Assist with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring residents.
  • Observe and report changes in the resident's condition to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following infection control guidelines.
  • Support residents with restorative care plans to promote independence.
  • Assist in transporting residents within the facility for appointments or recreational activities.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Requirements: Must have an active CNA license in the state of New Mexico. Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience in a rehab/nursing home setting. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving.
