Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott Milpitas Silicon Valley In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the hospitality industry and a passion for building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and meeting planners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to increase hotel occupancy.
  • Collaborate with the Area DOS to help create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent Residence Inn by Marriott Milpitas at industry events and networking functions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
