Part-Time Breakfast Attendant (Weekends + Flex Coverage)

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This position is primarily scheduled for Friday through Sunday mornings, with the opportunity to pick up additional weekday shifts as needed for coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, set up, and maintain the Residence Inn complimentary breakfast in accordance with Marriott brand standards
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming, and attentive guest experience
  • Monitor and replenish food and beverage items to ensure quality and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and buffet stations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and brand compliance guidelines
  • Break down and clean breakfast service at the end of shift
  • Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
  • Provide weekday shift coverage when needed
Schedule
  • Primary: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings
  • Typical shift: Early morning (example: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM; may vary)
  • Additional availability: Weekday shifts as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel, hospitality, or food service experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills aligned with Marriott standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends consistently
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible to fill in weekday shifts when requested
  • ServSafe or Food Handler certification a plus
