Position Details;
  • This role requires TRAVEL - You will travel throughout the state supporting the reset team (home on weekends).
  • Pay is $20.00 per hour 
  • Corporate car provided
  • Cell phone reimbursement or company phone
  • Preferred to have a candidate who resides in Missoula, Helena, or Billings
A Brief Overview
The Merchandiser is responsible for pricing and setting customers' stores. The Merchandiser reports directly to the Sales/Merchandising Manager overseeing the geographical area they service.
What you will do
  • Service assigned stores as scheduled daily
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotation, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations
  • Read planograms
  • Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
  • Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required
  • Maintain safe store aisles
  • Maintenance of assigned equipment
  • Occasional overnight travel
  • Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
•6 + months of merchandising experience
• Experience reading & executing planograms
• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self -motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Driver's License
