Job description

River Point RV Park is looking for a FT, year-round, friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Office Clerk to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a welcoming campground environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Check guests in and out of the RV park.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with reservations.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Provide information about the park, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Assist with general office duties and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn reservation software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
