Job description

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Research Program Management team, supporting our antibody platform development and antibody engineering teams in an onsite capacity. In this role, you will independently lead and facilitate collaboration across scientific, technical, and operational functions to drive complex, cross-functional platform development programs forward with clarity, accountability, and alignment to organizational priorities while collaborating with functional leads, platform scientists, and Research and Development leadership. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

  • Execute programs independently, managing projects and tasks with strong awareness of internal and external interdependencies
  • Identify and champion resolution of critical gaps, risks, or issues across assigned programs and projects
  • Prioritize projects and programs and allocate team resources to align with organizational strategic objectives
  • Facilitate collaboration between functional areas to ensure effective, accurate, and timely scientific, technical, and program-related communication
  • Tailor communication to your audience, distilling complex information into the most pertinent key points
  • Identify key data and functions needed to drive discussion and decision- making as programs move through discovery and drug development
  • Champion process improvement initiatives and lead the development of new processes with minimal guidance
  • Analyze and identify the need for new systems or tools, and lead efforts to design and implement them
This role requires:
  • BS or MS degree in a related field and typically 10+ years of relevant experience;
  • PhD in a related field and typically 5+ years of relevant experience;
  • Ability to execute programs independently with minimal guidance and manage cross-functional interdependencies;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration and tailor messaging across scientific, technical, and operational audiences;
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in, and possible ownership of, processes, systems, or tools supporting project and program work;
  • Experience championing process improvement initiatives and developing new processes or systems;
  • Increasing knowledge of drug discovery and development, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to new concepts;
  • Managing multiple projects of moderate complexity and identifying the best approach for new assignments;
  • Leading and influencing teams of varying complexity toward efficient solutions, and exercising good judgment to make quality decisions that affect project teamwork and timelines;
  • Understanding scientific processes and their cross-functional dependencies at a high level; bringing a growing depth of drug discovery and development knowledge to your work;
