About the Role
Our firm is partnering with a well-established organization in the financial services industry to identify an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day processing and maintenance of investment accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment and is eager to build or continue a career in financial services operations.
As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate transaction processing while supporting service-level commitments and regulatory standards. Youll collaborate with internal teams, work independently on assigned tasks, and contribute to a high-quality client experience.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for processing a variety of operational tasks that support financial account activity. Your work will include both routine and complex transactions, requiring accuracy, timeliness, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily operational work including asset movement, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance
  • Execute routine and complex transactions efficiently while meeting quality and service-level standards
  • Identify, research, and help resolve discrepancies or potential issues proactively
  • Follow established procedures independently to meet performance and accuracy metrics
  • Learn, use, and support multiple financial products, systems, and software platforms
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry
  • 1+ year of experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven processing environment
