Who We're Looking For
Marketbridge is seeking an experienced Manager, Market Research, to join our Consulting Go-to-Market team. This position will focus on providing comprehensive, detailed and focused intelligence to our clients using both quantitative and qualitative analysis for custom, detailed insights, as well as for recurring benchmark reporting.
The Market Research Manager will help build up our primary research practice by fulfilling research projects, building a team of analysts as the team grows, and supporting business development opportunities with both current clients and new prospects. This role is player & coach, primarily responsible in leading defined research projects using the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet a client's defined business objective. Depending upon the selected methods, the Manager is responsible for the development of the research methodology, fulfilling the execution of the analysis, selecting appropriate top-tier vendors/partners where necessary, compiling the necessary recommendations and then delivering the resulting analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to make informed conclusions on defined areas of interest to a client
  • Conduct intensive discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to ensure the right objectives are being pursued
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
  • Author reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into insights
  • Support inbound marketing efforts by contributing to industry relevant blogs
  • Design market surveys to discover customer or partner preferences, needs, buyer journeys, etc.
  • Straddle multiple research projects at the same time
  • Evaluate program methodologies, vendors and research tools on a regular basis to ensure Marketbridge is using best-in-class for these given areas
  • Support and mentor the team in primary research best practices

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of market research experience in B2B environments
  • Proficient in performing qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Comfortable selecting and executing the most appropriate research methodology and techniques to meet a client's needs, including advanced methodologies (e.g., MaxDiff, Choice Based Conjoint, Gabor-Granger, etc.)
  • Proficient in building, executing and analyzing research questionnaires and surveys and designing moderator guides
  • Experienced in leading in-depth interviews as the moderator
  • Experienced in client management and interactions to include meeting with business unit executives
  • Experienced in identifying key research opportunities, drafting proposals and presenting to prospects
  • Familiarity with health insurance, financial services, or tech verticals is a plus

This is a hybrid role required to work EST hours.
We aim to offer competitive and equitable compensation based on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, and market benchmarks. The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 with an eligible annual bonus of up to 20%.
Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, and additional flexibility may be considered for candidates whose experience and expertise significantly exceed the role's core requirements.
