Assured Imaging Capital is seeking a Business Development Manager for In - House Women's Imaging 
Monday - Friday | Position Base Pay Range $90,000 - $110,000
Sales-based commissions provide additional earning potential beyond base salary
Location: Remote — candidate must live near a major airport

Together, we are committed to providing accessible, patient-centered care across the United States.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in expanding Assured Imaging's footprint in the women's imaging sector. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and service line expansions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research & analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to identify & penetrate the market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets, including hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, private practice physicians and physician groups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare administrators and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized imaging solutions that align with company objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior leadership.
  • Consistently track all activity in Rezolut’s Customer Relationship Management system.  

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the medical imaging industry or selling to OB/GYN practices (REQUIRED).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the medical imaging landscape, including modalities, reimbursement models, and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with women's health services or women-focused organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms to track and manage business development activities.

    • Ability to effectively communicate ROI, revenue potential, and operational benefits
    • High energy, engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills (“bubbly” and approachable)
    • Builds trust quickly and develops meaningful, lasting relationships with providers
    • Analytical thinker who can understand deal structure and tailor solutions to client needs
    • Capable of reviewing and understanding legal documents, contracts, and service agreements
    • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and experienced in managing a structured pipeline
    • Comfortable negotiating basic contract terms and facilitating internal legal review
    • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Willing and able to travel for meetings, events, and facility walk-throughs
    • Strong follow-up skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
