You will work closely with a team of experienced educators and engage in hands-on classroom activities that stimulate learning and encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Teaching Opportunities:

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to enhance children's learning and development
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Foster a love for learning by engaging children in interactive and hands-on educational experiences
  • Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment by closely supervising children and enforcing safety and cleaning protocols
  • Promote positive behavior management techniques and encourage good social skills among children
  • Collaborate with parents/guardians to provide updates on children's developmental domains
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as mealtime, naptime, and maintaining cleanliness in the classroom

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
  • Must pass background checks and meet all state licensing requirements
