We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Reproductive Endocrinologist Physician to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing personalized and cutting-edge fertility treatment options.
About the Role:
As a Reproductive Endocrinologist, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating patients experiencing infertility and other reproductive disorders. You will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, embryologists, and other healthcare providers, to deliver compassionate and high-quality care tailored to each patient's unique needs. This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at The Fertility Center of Oregon in Eugene, OR a part of Women's Care. What will you do:
  • Provide specialized care in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, including diagnosis and treatment of male and female infertility, hormonal disorders, and recurrent pregnancy loss.
  • Perform fertility evaluations, including ultrasound, lab work, and other diagnostic tests.
  • Administer and manage in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients and monitor progress throughout their care.
  • Provide counseling and emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including OB/GYNs, urologists, and other specialists.
  • Utilize evidence-based medicine and best practices to provide a high level of care that is compassionate and responsive to patient needs and expectations.
  • Maintain a moderate level of productivity and bills for work performed in a timely manner.
  • Provide medical care, consultation, and collaboration, coordination, and referral services.

Requirements
What do you need to bring to the role:
  • MD or DO board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, board eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology, and licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Oregon.
  • Current BLS or ACLS certification.
