Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

  • You can work flexible hours and attend meetings before and after business hours, including occasional evenings and weekends and travel in PPRM's region as needed. You are able to work in the Denver Park Hill Administrative office one day a week.

Primary Areas of Responsibility/Essential Functions:
  • Support the Chief External Affairs Officer (CEAO): You're a hub for making sure the logistics are in place, and the details are attended to for the CEAO. You provide critical support and capacity that ensures they are able to function efficiently and effectively. You take pride in and are motivated by making others' work easier. To that end, you will anticipate and manage CEAO preparations for internal and external meetings and events including assisting in the preparation, editing and production of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials. You will coordinate their schedule, and track, report, and submit expenses for the CEAO and for the External Affairs Directors. You will generate and proofread correspondence for the CEAO. You will act as the Liaison between CEAO and other staff/departments.
  • Support of the External Affairs Team: Administrative support of this team will consist of managing documents, creating systems to organize information, coordinating meetings and schedules, arranging travel, processing of expense reports, and coordinating and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. This team works closely with the CEAO and is responsible for marketing and communications; public and government affairs; electoral work; and community health and sexual health education programs.
  • Support of the PPRM Action Fund Board of Directors: You will serve as primary contact for PPRMAF board leaders and members for information, support, or assistance in their role. You will have primary responsibility for scheduling, recording/providing minutes, and posting materials for PPRMAF board meetings. You will help arrange and support logistics when meetings are held in person or via Microsoft Teams or other technology; this may involve close collaboration with Facilities/IT. You will ensure bylaws, annual plan goals, board policy requirements, and PPFA accreditation standards are met. You will manage and maintain board surveys and evaluations, along with accurate and current board records and files for on-going operations and historical data.
  • General Administrative Support: You will coordinate, monitor, and report on simultaneous projects to ensure adherence to deadlines. You will plan conferences, handle special projects, and coordinate various phases of these plans. You will regularly assess systems used in daily work for improvement opportunities and implement solutions that increase efficiency. You will handle select matters expeditiously and proactively; follow-through to successful completion. You will work with a small team of departmental Administrative Assistants to support the agency as needed. In this role you will support our mission of providing reproductive health equity including safe access to abortion, gender affirming care, and family planning for all by ensuring that these teams are able to function as efficiently as possible.

Schedule: Full-time ~37.5 hours/week; Non-Exempt; Benefits Eligible
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

Full Position Salary Range: $20.80/hour - $24.83/hour
