INTRODUCTION:

This full-time, in-office Reporting Analyst position with TOMARCO Contractor Specialties LLP (DBA ISAT Total Support) is responsible for collecting, analyzing, organizing, and presenting business data to support operational efficiency, strategic planning, and leadership decision-making across the organization. This role works closely with multiple departments including Operations, Finance, Sales, Engineering, HR, and Executive Leadership to develop accurate reporting, identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and improve overall business visibility.

The Reporting Analyst plays a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support company growth, operational performance, workforce planning, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems, departments, and reporting sources.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational and financial reports.
  • Create dashboards, spreadsheets, charts, and data summaries to support leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs, trends, labor metrics, project performance, recruiting metrics, inventory data, and operational reporting.
  • Identify reporting discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational analysis initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand reporting needs and provide actionable business insights.
  • Assist with data tracking related to project performance, production, sales activity, onboarding, inventory, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop standardized reporting procedures and improve reporting workflows across departments.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with system implementations, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and executive-level reporting materials as needed.
  • Support leadership with special projects, analytics requests, and operational reporting needs.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of reporting, analytics, data management, or business analysis experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential business information.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, HRIS systems, reporting software, or business intelligence tools preferred.
