Job description:
The Division of Integrated District Supports is seeking a Data Analyst to support the development of a platform that showcases school system data in a clear and usable way. This role focuses on turning data into insights and recommendations that help schools identify areas for growth and set meaningful goals.
  1. Analyze school system data and turn insights into clear, practical recommendations that help schools identify priorities, set goals, and improve student outcomes.
  2. Use data findings to build and maintain low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Qualtrics etc. ) that display school system data and collect inputs from school system's progress and impact.
  3. Create dashboards and tools that allow school systems to easily see their data in one place. Build systems (such as forms, surveys, or applications) that automatically collect and organize data so schools and agency staff can quickly understand results and take action without needing technical expertise.
  4. Analyze statutory data across multiple federal and state plans to identify overlaps and redundancies and use data-driven insights to propose ways to unify plan requirements and eliminate duplication.
  5. Build scoring tools and trackers (such as excel scorecards) that help review school system's applications, measure progress, and monitor results overtime.
