Job description

We are an expanding real estate company looking to add an House/Apartment Make Ready Technician to our team.
Your main responsibility will be the finalizing the repairs on rental properties from with our renovation team and getting them rent ready for our leasing team. This will mainly include repairing damages done by previous residents which can be very wide ranging.
This is a full time $20-$23 an hour position.
Qualifications:
  • Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures
  • A valid driver's license
  • Pass a background and criminal check.
  • Basic set of hand and electric tools

Abilities in the following:
  • Show up on time and ready to work
  • Stay on task and work proficiently on your own
  • Follow general company policies.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Lifting of heavy materials
  • Cleaning
  • Landscaping
  • Basic maintenance and repairs
  • Trash clean up

Most of our rental units are houses located across the metro area and will therefore require being willing to work in all parts of the metro.
