Job Description

This role supports KE's executive leadership team by providing high-level administrative, organizational, and project coordination support that keeps the business moving forward. You'll be responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating schedules and travel, facilitating communication, and supporting key initiatives that directly impact leadership effectiveness and organizational success.

What You'll Do

You'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, appointments, and priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Organize meetings, leadership events, and conferences, including logistics and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and executive correspondence.
  • Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Support and monitor progress on strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage executive expense reporting, receipts, and budget tracking.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to keep priorities aligned and moving forward.
