About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven SaaS Renewal Representative to take ownership of the renewal process, drive retention, and maximize revenue opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to managing renewals, engaging customers, and executing strategies that ensure seamless contract extensions and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal process end-to-end, lead renewal cycles from opportunity creation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets and retention goals are met.
- Proactively engage customers, build and maintain strong relationships to reinforce the value of our solutions and address objections with strategic negotiation.
- Drive operational excellence, track renewals in Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility, optimize forecasting, and inform leadership with accurate data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, coordinate internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and VAR partners, to align renewal strategies and maximize impact.
- Analyze and mitigate risk, identify at-risk accounts, develop proactive solutions, and implement creative approaches to prevent churn.
- Influence renewal strategies, contribute insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance best practices, optimize customer retention, and drive business growth.
- Champion consultative selling, apply problem-solving and analytical thinking to uncover opportunities for upsells, expansions, and additional services.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or account management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and close contracts.
- Proficiency in CRM and opportunity management systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and leverage insights for renewal success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- High adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
