• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs and strengths of clients, which inform their treatment directions.
• Provide individual therapy tailored to clients’ unique requirements, employing evidence-based modalities to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their active participation in goal setting and progress evaluation.
• Monitor client progress regularly and make adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary, employing a flexible approach to meet evolving client needs.
• Maintain meticulous electronic health records that comply with confidentiality standards and regulatory requirements, facilitating seamless communication and care delivery.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, sharing insights and collaborating to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Stay informed about best practices in mental health and participate in required training to enhance your professional development.

You will work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from adults facing anxiety and depression to families in need of support during critical transitions. Your empathetic approach will be instrumental in creating a safe space for clients to express their feelings, explore their experiences, and work towards their wellness goals. Your expertise in mental health will empower clients in their journey to recovery and personal growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is essential, demonstrating consistent delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex scenarios and interact with clients and healthcare teams.
• A deep understanding and sensitivity toward clients’ feelings and experiences, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness.
• Comprehensive knowledge of therapy services, mental health documentation protocols, community resources, and insurance billing practices.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
