Job description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Service Contract Renewal Specialist is responsible for managing assigned existing customer contracts throughout the renewal cycle using multiple channels of communication to achieve high retention rates and deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience. This role confirms account and equipment information, discusses current service levels with customers to ensure they align with business needs, and, for specific preassigned contracts, incorporates sales conversations to expand iBase coverage and upsell certificate and contract levels. The Specialist also modifies renewal quotes as needed and works to close renewal opportunities. Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Managing assigned customer contracts through the renewal cycle to support retention and customer satisfaction
  • Confirming account and equipment information and discussing current service levels with customers
  • Handling customer escalations by coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Meeting renewal, outreach, meeting, and upsell objectives for assigned contracts
  • Using consultative selling skills to expand service coverage and modify renewal quotes as needed
  • Conducting outbound renewal activities, managing inbound renewal calls, and maintaining accurate CRM documentation
  • Generating cross-leads for additional products and services
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO standards, MT operating policies, and service contract requirements

What You Need to Succeed
  • Associate's degree preferred; equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in renewals, inside sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Experience with outbound calling and customer retention.
  • Strong CRM discipline and comfort working in structured processes.
  • Excellent phone/email/virtual meeting communication skills.
