The ideal candidate will work in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center situated in Elizabeth, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist at Renew Motion Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for a diverse patient population, including children and adults.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate individualized exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Continuously assess and document clinical signs and symptoms, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely records utilizing our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, addressing concerns, setting realistic goals, and providing strategies to overcome rehabilitative challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Champion the organization's core values and contribute positively to company culture while acting as an ambassador for Renew Motion Therapy.

Our clinic serves a varied client demographic, including pediatric patients with developmental challenges, athletes recovering from injuries, and adults experiencing chronic pain or post-surgical rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to impact lives across a spectrum of conditions and ages, employing your skills to address unique challenges effectively through personalized care.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• A willingness to conduct evaluations and treatments both in-person and through telehealth platforms when clinically appropriate.
• A strong commitment to working with a diverse patient population, demonstrating cultural competency in service delivery.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach to patient care.

While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates with hands-on experience in pediatric and adult rehabilitation settings, as well as those familiar with electronic health records and telehealth practices, will be given preference. Such experience will enhance your ability to contribute immediately to our comprehensive care team.

Renew Motion Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide:
