Web Performance Architect
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Front-End Performance Architect (React JS) : Own end-to-end web performance assessment and optimization of the Product Listing Pages. Drive improvements in Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) through analysis, recommendation, prioritization, and implementation. The role aligns directly with the proposal's web performance objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze Core Web Vitals including LCP, CLS, and INP.
• Profile React rendering, hydration, and runtime performance.
• Assess JavaScript bundle size, code splitting, lazy loading, and asset delivery.
• Identify CDN, caching, API, and server-side bottlenecks impacting user experience.
• Quantify expected savings from optimization opportunities.
• Drive implementation of performance improvements.
• Establish performance monitoring and governance using tools such as Lighthouse, SpeedCurve, and Dynatrace.
• 10-15+ years overall with 5+ years focused on front-end performance engineering and architecture
