Job Description

Amentum is seeking an E3 RF Engineer to perform Test, Evaluation, Integration, and configuration of C5ISR systems.

Responsibilities:
  • E3 Computation and RF Modeling and Simulation

  • Develop detailed EMI/EMC test plans

  • Participate in EMI/EMC test planning meetings and test readiness reviews

  • Perform EMI/EMC testing; gather, reduce, and analyze resulting data

  • Prepare and publish detailed EMI/EMC test reports

  • Review technical documentation and technical meeting support

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.

  • Six (6) years of experience in one or more of the following, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or Naval Architecture.

  • Four (4) years of experience in experience in theoretical and practical aspects of Research, Development, Test, Engineering, or Integration related to warfare systems or electronic systems.

  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following specific topside areas: RF and Microwave Engineering; EMP; E3; EMI/EMC; E3 Computation and RF Simulation; E3/EMI/EMC/PCI Testing; Defense Acquisition Engineering; EMI problem investigation; E3 instructions, standards, policies and procedures; Spectrum, EMC, or RADHAZ Certification; EMI/EMC analysis and assessment; EMI Planned Maintenance System (PMS); USN Optimized Fleet Response Plan (O-FRP); EMI Control and Mitigation; EMI Control or Measure Drawings.

  • Must be able have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.

Compensation Details:

US: $110,000 to $135,000

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
