Client Sales Executive (Remote) - Accounting & Finance Division

Job Summary

Create relationships above the transactional line. Your conversations are with Controllers, VPs of Finance, Directors, and CFOs. Imagine your favorite CFO calling you in a panic. She's carrying an audit she isn't ready for, a Senior Accountant seat that's been open ninety days, and a board meeting in three weeks. She doesn't need a vendor. She needs someone who already knows her business and can tell her which of those three problems to solve first. That's this role. As a Client Sales Executive for RemX's Finance & Accounting practice, you build the relationships that earn that call and then you deliver against it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in person, virtual, and electronic client-facing business development efforts to capture new logos, expansion inside existing EmployBridge/RemX accounts, and create relationships with channel partners like OP’s within PE and VC firms, commercial banking, networking groups, etc.
• Stay informed about what’s happening in the world of the CAO/CFO to unearth consulting and interim project work: ERP conversions, audit preparation, month-end and backlog cleanup, M&A integration, technical accounting and reporting readiness, or volume transactional opportunities.
• Partner closely with your best-in-class delivery team. Our model pairs business development with specialized F&A recruiters rather than asking one person to do both badly.
• Ensure white glove service by managing the process from intake to fulfillment to consistent quality reviews with your hiring manager AND candidates.
• Work the cross-practice opportunity. Employbridge has several brands and additional specialties. Shared clients are real here, and referrals between practices are compensated.

What you’ll bring

• Meaningful experience selling professional staffing, search, or consulting services within Accounting & Finance. If your background is adjacent, such as professional services, consulting, or another specialized discipline, and you know how to build and retain long lasting relationships, we want to talk.

• Comfort selling at the finance leadership level, including credibility to discuss what a Controller does before you try to place one.

• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable years of experience required.

• The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $75,000 to $90,000. This range does not include the additional compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
