Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance while serving clients across various locations. The telehealth format means you will conduct video chat sessions, creating a supportive space for clients to engage in discussions about their mental health. You will have the autonomy to set your working hours from Monday to Friday, creating a schedule that suits both your needs and those of your clients, without the demands of on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular one-on-one video sessions with clients, offering therapeutic interventions catered to their specific needs.
• Facilitate open discussions to help clients explore their emotions and life experiences, fostering their self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, guiding them in the objective-setting process to achieve their mental health goals.
• Perform thorough mental health assessments, utilizing your clinical knowledge to develop and implement effective, solution-focused treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, adhering to professional ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of low-acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges. This role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, ensuring that clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Your contributions will directly impact their emotional well-being and ability to manage everyday life more effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent mental health license: LMFT, LPC, or LICSW.
• Proficient computer skills for telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or remote counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans based on solid clinical practices.
• Strong background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of various mental health diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, with benefits tailored to support your professional and personal needs:
