  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continually enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population primarily includes families and youth experiencing the effects of trauma and various emotional challenges. We provide a nurturing environment where clients can embark on their healing journeys. By utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of our clients, we not only address their immediate mental health concerns but also work towards long-term resilience and self-efficacy.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • A genuine, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to counseling, with the ability to maintain equanimity in high-stress situations.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency with relevant computer applications.
  • Willingness and capability to work with couples and families; training will be provided to reinforce these skills.
