About the role

We seek energetic and experienced coaches to lead and facilitate online group sessions for youth. As a tapouts Coach, you will have the opportunity to create a fun, engaging, and supportive virtual environment where kids can learn and grow.

As a tapouts Coach, you will:

  • Lead engaging online group sessions for youth ages 4-16 years
  • Deliver educational activities and games that foster social, emotional, and educational growth
  • Build positive relationships with participants and create an inclusive space
  • Encourage active participation and facilitate group discussions
  • Monitor and assess individual and group progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Mandatory)
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • Coaching certification (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience working with youth in a group setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Zoom and Google Suite
  • Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week to provide coaching within tapouts peak hours (1-8 pm PT) during weekdays and weekends (6am-8pm PT). Example schedule: Mondays (2pm-6 pm), Thursdays (5pm - 8pm), Saturdays (8am-11am)  and Sundays (6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
  • A fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet working space.
  • This position is remote, 100% online coaching position is a part-time independent 1099 contractor position that offers you the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
