• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students to identify mental health needs, troubles, and behavioral issues.

Your role will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. The diverse backgrounds and experiences of our student population require a culturally competent approach to care that respects individual differences while promoting mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, necessary for LCSW licensure.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
