Calvert Youth Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and identify appropriate treatment goals.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions tailored to each client.
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to confidentiality guidelines and compliance standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a signing bonus. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including:
