This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible working conditions suited for the modern mental health professional while still maintaining a strong connection with our supportive team. You will engage in video consultations and virtual therapeutic sessions, utilizing secure telehealth platforms, which guarantee confidentiality and a seamless experience for our clients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and identify appropriate treatment goals.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions tailored to each client.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to confidentiality guidelines and compliance standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, resources available, and treatment options.
• Staying current on research and best practices in mental health treatment in order to enhance patient outcomes.

You will work with a varied patient demographic, including adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Our clinic emphasizes culturally competent care which demands sensitivity and understanding of each client’s unique circumstances and backgrounds. You will be instrumental in guiding clients toward achieving their mental health goals, promoting resilience, and improving their overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a focus on psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in solution-focused interventions and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage clients effectively and collaborate with a diverse team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment.

In addition to the qualifications listed above, having experience with telehealth delivery systems, and knowledge of the latest mental health technologies is highly advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will further strengthen your application.

This position offers an attractive salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a signing bonus. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including:
