In your role as an LCSW, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting the mental well-being of your clients. Key tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), to foster clients' personal growth and recovery.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation to uphold regulatory compliance, ensuring confidentiality, and following HIPAA guidelines carefully.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews, sharing insights and strategies to improve treatment outcomes.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

You will primarily work with diverse adult clients facing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and emotional challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory, establishing a solid foundation of knowledge in this field.

The base salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
