Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ emotional and psychological needs, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate proactively with fellow professionals, including educators and healthcare providers, to optimize client care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve primarily include children and adolescents facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. The Transformative Wellness Center aims to create tailored interventions that cater to the specific emotional and behavioral issues of each young individual. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Texas is mandatory for consideration.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The Transformative Wellness Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
