• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, which include psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to identify clients' needs effectively.
• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, values, and cultural backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches in individual and group sessions, such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to facilitate meaningful therapeutic progress.
• Provide crisis intervention support and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients experiencing acute distress receive comprehensive treatment.
• Document clinical information meticulously, maintaining accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic protocols and legal standards.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare practitioners, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making real-time adjustments to treatment strategies when necessary.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic techniques, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality and trust as foundational elements of the therapeutic relationship.

As an LCSW at our center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals who have experienced trauma, those dealing with anxiety and depression, and families seeking support in managing relational dynamics. We serve clients from varied cultural backgrounds and emphasize culturally attuned practices in our treatment methodologies.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current, valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.

• Experience with trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, is preferred.
• Prior experience in school-based mental health settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a flexible schedule to meet client needs effectively.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual base salary between $80,000 and $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
