Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional status of clients during scheduled sessions.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that are reflective of each client's goals and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions through individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities that best suit the client’s situation.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans and therapy approaches as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and community resources, integrating these developments into practice.
• Participate in regular peer supervision, training, and continuing education initiatives to enhance clinical competencies and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Uphold professional standards and ethical guidelines established by licensing boards and industry organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each requiring personalized approaches that respect their unique circumstances and cultural contexts. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
