Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, personal strengths, and resources available to them.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, as part of immediate support for clients in distress.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, encouraging peer support and shared learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
