Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Growth Revive Therapeutics, you will engage in a range of responsibilities that are pivotal to the success of our patients' treatment:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health challenges faced by patients, and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to support patients through their unique challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure client confidentiality and support compliance.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Participate in regular case consultations, peer reviews, and team meetings to continuously improve the quality of care delivered and share best practices.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health, integrating new insights into your practice to ensure the most effective care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients in a hospice setting, where patients often face terminal illnesses or significant life transitions. Your compassionate approach will be essential in providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions to enhance their quality of life during this critical time. This role allows you to foster meaningful connections, helping clients navigate not only their mental health but also their relationships and overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your foundation in social work principles and ethics.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing you with the skills necessary to support a diverse patient population effectively.
  • Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to tailor approaches to meet individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits
