As a remote workforce, we leverage technology to ensure organizational collaboration and service delivery. You will interface regularly with other professionals, including childcare providers, school-based staff, correctional teams, and child welfare providers, effectively enhancing community-based support systems. • Provide case management services tailored to the unique needs of children and families, ensuring multifaceted support across various systems.
• Engage meaningfully with parents, guardians, and community partners to develop coordinated service plans that address the mental health needs of youth.
• Employ principles of Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in every aspect of therapy and interaction.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of mental health disorders, followed by the creation of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate psychotherapy groups utilizing psychoeducation and therapeutic discussions to promote healing and communal growth among clients.
• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies, ensuring all documentation is maintained in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including the pursuit of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and participation in clinical supervision sessions.
• Utilize electronic medical records efficiently to document client interactions and manage caseload effectively, while employing strong typing skills to ensure accurate record-keeping.

This role is particularly focused on providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families. You will work with clients facing a range of challenges, including emotional distress, behavioral issues, and the impacts of trauma. Our aim is to empower our clients with the tools necessary to navigate their situations and foster resilience.

• Must hold an independent license to practice in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated passion for positively impacting behavioral health outcomes.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and strong email communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and computer skills, particularly with Windows applications.

• Experience managing a substantial caseload while collaborating effectively with providers and support staff.
• Prior engagement in trauma-informed practices and family-focused therapeutic modalities.
• Experience conducting psychotherapy groups and utilizing community referral resources effectively.
