• Deliver individualized treatment plans through direct mental health therapy, including screening, evaluating, diagnosing, and developing tailored treatment strategies based on each client’s needs.
• Facilitate group and family psychotherapy sessions, utilizing psychoeducation and effective group processes to promote healing and growth.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with agency policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education units (CEUs) to uphold licensure requirements and stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate closely with clients' families and support networks, including educators, childcare providers, and community service agencies, to create a holistic support system for clients.
• Incorporate culturally and linguistically appropriate services into practice to address the unique needs of our diverse client population.
• Engage in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews to foster personal and professional growth, with a focus on continuous improvement of service delivery.

Your primary focus will be working with adults, children, and adolescents from various backgrounds and experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of the developmental needs of younger clients and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly. Moreover, you will be tasked with addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics, providing comprehensive support through both individual and group therapy formats.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
• A current and independent license to practice in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A strong background in mental health counseling, including demonstrated experience in providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Proficient typing and computer skills for efficient documentation and effective client management.

• Experience managing a robust caseload with varying client needs, ensuring quality care amidst administrative responsibilities.
• A proven track record of collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and the ability to facilitate case management services when necessary.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and electronic communication tools is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and community engagement in mental health.
