Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
- Provide compassionate and effective counseling services to individuals and families, with a focus on trauma-informed methodologies.
- Deliver bi-weekly sessions, ensuring consistency and reliability in client care.
- Assess safety concerns and provide crisis intervention services using established therapeutic techniques.
- Develop a professional relationship with colleagues for consultation, supervision, and effective referral processes.
- Document sessions and treatment plans accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
- Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.
Our services cater to a diverse clientele including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Special expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) methodologies is advantageous. Qualifications- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is preferred.
- Deep understanding of trauma and demonstrated passion for supporting trauma survivors.
- Ability to implement trauma-informed care principles and manage crisis situations effectively.

- Experience working in a community health setting with a focus on trauma recovery.
- Previous work with EMDR and IFS methodologies, including completion of relevant training.
